If you just purchased your membership, Support will be contacting you in email after it finishes the account setup.
It will be up to 24 hours during the week and all new subscriptions purchased during the weekend will be ready by Tuesday if not sooner.
On the Menu Bar – Select LOGIN
Scroll to the bottom and Select Lost your Password
Enter into the text field either the email address you purchased the membership with or the user name that you were assigned in your Welcome Email from WEIC
Select the RESET PASSWORD button
Open email that is received and click on the Click Here to reset your password
Enter your new password. If you want to see what you are typing – select the EYE icon.
Re-enter the password and then select SAVE
